Description: With an adept manipulation of ki energy outside of the body, the user is able to disperse any fundamental or advanced technique and manipulate it into a living being of energy with a power level equal to 25% of the attack's power and have a permanent flame shield. The living energy will last until killed, but will gradually burn itself out for 8% of it's vitality and stamina per turn. It begins with Energy Blast and Bukujutsu and may have a maximum of 3 actions. May only use once per battle.

Description: A flamethrower like release of fire from ones hand that ignites the opponent. This effect does not stack with itself and instead of increasing damage by 1, increases it by .5. Cannot be blocked.
Notes: Ki attack must be listed on the website as fire based, not just used as a fire attack in the actual roleplay.
