After finishing the tornado, the user still continues to gather energy, resuming to make it stronger. Getting more powerful by the second, it can tear the grounds up after having it charged for a while. The tornado also has sharp edges within, causing slight cuts to the enemy. Afterwards, the tornado is almost an unstoppable force, wreaking devastation, instilling fear. |
