His mother, Android 23 was terminated soon after he was born meaning Faroot had no family. But some say because of his facial similarities with Vegeta, he may have been cloned from Vegeta's DNA. Faroot was looked after by a family of Saiyans, he and his adoptive brother Kale have been rivals ever since they were young children. One day, a gang of young Saiyan's hunted down Faroot for having Android blood, making him run away leaving his family. Faroot now desires to train and defeat the gang which are causing him to live in the shadows and reunite with his family.

Dr. Baka began culturing Saiyan DNA by travelling to Vegeta, and began creating a biologically-enhanced embryo.
