To properly add and maintain henchmen or sidekicks, first navigate to the appropriate page on the left menu for your classification of henchmen or sidekick. Once you do that, simply add your henchmen's or sidekick's name in bold and underlined text. Under that, add his stats, his status, his techniques, location, and his items. It might also be a good idea to add a line of dashes between other henchmen. Here is an example of what it should look like:
